He then works closely with the landowner to realise the true value of their land at no cost or risk to them.

Bringing together a skilled team of Directors who all share the same values to deliver with exception. Karl has had national award-winning businesses in the construction industry and over the last few years Karl’s UK property training and network is extensive and second to none.
Karl and his team have completed ground up developments of new build homes, and is currently working on a multi million pound industrial ground up development. Karl and his wife Lyndsay have a very credible reputation in the property scene and is in a high-ticket Mastermind with 8 other very successful property entrepreneurs. Karl is very excited about the future in the value they can offer to their clients and partners.
Daryn Wilson-Horn

He has now been investing in the property market for over 25 years and his passion for property investing has got stronger throughout the years and is now a keen developer.
Along side his property journey he has also gained extensive experience in project management, managing all aspects of large teams, building and developing relationships and supporting business growth.

Adrian Bellingham
ARCHITECT
Adrian brings a wealth of experience in the commercial to residential conversion sector. Gaining planning permission for new build residential developments on brownfield sites and by combining Architectural design talent with a strong commercial background he maximises the GDV of projects through the creation of aspiration living spaces.
Jim Malkin
PLANNING CONSULTANT
Jim is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has worked in planning for over 15 years in both the public sector and in private practice. As well as his role overseeing the consultancy, Jim leads on many planning applications ranging from large scale residential and commercial developments, to smaller agricultural and householder based schemes.
Jim has previously worked with major developers and landowners and has dealt with applications for strategic urban extensions, large scale commercial developments and even a European tour standard golf course.
Jon Imber
PLANNING CONSULTANT
Jon is a chartered town planner with experience in both the private and public sectors. As a Director of JMI Planning he leads on a variety of cases from single dwellings and household extensions to residential development sites and large scale commercial schemes.
Jon is particularly experienced in rural schemes such as barn conversions, agricultural development and development sites on the edge of villages.
